Privacy Policy
360Schools is a service powered by 360Cities.
360Schools is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors; this policy sets out how we will treat your personal information.
1. What information do we collect?
We may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal data:
- information about your computer and about your visits to and use of this website (including your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit, number of page views and searches you make);
- information relating to any transactions carried out in this website, or in relation to this website, including information relating to any purchases or requests you make of third party's goods or services using this website; and
- any other information that you choose to send to us.
2. Cookies
A cookie consists of information sent by a web server to a web browser and stored by the browser. The information is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. This enables the web server to identify and track the web browser. Cookies are widely used to “remember” you and your preferences, either for a single visit (through a “session cookie”) or for multiple repeat visits (using a “persistent cookie”).
Session cookies will be deleted from your computer when you close your browser. Persistent cookies will remain stored on your computer until deleted, or until they reach a specified expiry date.
Cookies may be set by the site that you are visiting (known as “first party cookies”), or by third parties, such as those who serve content or provide advertising or analytics services on the website (“third-party cookies”).
We use cookies for several different purposes. Some cookies are necessary for technical reasons; some enable a personalized experience for both visitors and registered users; and some allow the display of advertising from selected third party networks.
We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies on the website. We will use session cookies to keep track of you while you navigate the website and keep you logged in. We will use persistent cookies to enable our website to recognise you when you visit, remember your preferred language, and store the city that you were last interested in.
Some of these cookies may be set when a page is loaded, or when a user takes a particular action on one of our Services.
For example, we use Google Analytics to analyze the use of this website. Google Analytics generates statistical and other information about website use by means of third-party cookies, which are stored on users' computers. The information generated relating to our website is used to create reports about the use of the website. Google will store this information. Google's privacy policy is available at: https://www.google.com/privacypolicy.html.
You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
Our advertisers and/or payment services providers may also send you cookies.
Most browsers allow you to refuse to accept cookies. (For example, in Google Chrome you can refuse all cookies by clicking “Preferences”, “Privacy and security”, “Site Settings”, "Cookies and site data", and unselecting “Allow sites to save and read cookie data.") This will, however, have a negative impact upon the usability of many websites.
3. Using your personal data

We may use your personal information to:
- administer the website;
- improve your browsing experience by personalising the website;

- deal with enquiries and complaints made by or about you relating to the website.
Where you submit personal information for publication on our website, we will publish and otherwise use that information in accordance with the license you grant to us.
We will not provide your personal information to any third parties for the purpose of direct marketing.
If you reside within the European Union or European Economic Area (EEA), our processing of your personal information will be legitimized as follows:
Whenever we require your consent for the processing of your personal information, such processing will be justified pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”). If the processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract between you and 360Schools or for taking any pre-contractual steps upon your request, such processing will be based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. If this data is not processed, 360Schools will not be able to execute the contract with you. Where the processing is necessary for us to comply with a legal obligation, we will process your information on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, such as when complying with the requirements of the employment law. And where the processing is necessary for the purposes of 360Schools’ legitimate interests, to, for example, detect fraud, such processing will be made in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
4. Children’s personal information
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 16. If a child under the age of 16 has provided us with personal information online without parental consent, we ask that a parent or guardian email dpo@360cities.net.
